We are pleased to announce the 3nd Annual Camp Good Days and Special Times 5k Road Race; “MUD, SWEAT & BEERS” taking place in Ellicottville, N.Y. on Saturday August 9th . The road race will help us provide more “good days and special times” to many local children and their families who are coping with cancer. This year’s event will raise funds for not only support of the recreational facility located on the shores of Keuka Lake, but also support year-round programs and services in and around Western New York to help those dealing with the challenges of cancer. Please join us in our run against fighting cancer with our Honorary Chairman, Steve Christie (former Buffalo Bill’s kicker) and local T.V. personality, Kevin O'Neil (Channel 2 News). In addition to our road race, it happens to be “The Taste of Ellicottville”, so after the race and post race celebration, you can wander the streets in search of some tasty treats. We are working with the Wingate Inn Hotel to provide a block of rooms at a special camp rate to stay the night before or make a weekend out of it for those who are interested! The primary purpose of Camp Good Days is to make the lives of children as happy and rewarding as possible and give back the childhood that cancer has taken away. It also benefits the families touched by cancer or other life challenges. Your support will help improve the quality of life for those very special children and help provide hope to those affected most. Enclosed, please find the materials specific ways you and your business can become involved in the race and sponsor a cause that goes beyond the finish line and celebrates the true timing of giving the gift of “good days and special times."
